I love it! I bought it for my back pain that I got due to sleeping in a wrong type of mattress.1. It has three levels of heating which are low, med, and high, and they work accordingly. Easy to use!2. It has a really long (3 meter) cable (see the pics).3. The heating area of pad is enough for any affected body part to get enough heat. It also has a pocket!4. It has a belt that has Velcro all over it on both the ends, so it fits up to 46-47 inches - [waist/stomach/around the shoulders].5. It has an "Auto switch Off" feature - it switches off in 2 hours after it is left ON on the same mode.(But anyway, I think one should take care of not falling asleep with a switched ON heat pad strapped to the body)This is such a good heat pad that I wish they make it with India’s adapter pin type so that I could gift two to my parents back home!PS: This review is written after 3 weeks of use, will update later!

It is very light, soft, and easy to use. I have a bad back and this pad is a life saver! It comes with long cord and convenient controls with three different settings: low, medium, and high. It can be washed if needed.

I am a sufferer of stage IV endometriosis with Atleast 2 weeks of each month in horrible pain, This heating pad is very easy to use and not too large of a surface area causing uncomfortable overheating, the pockets for hands are a nice addition and the cover is good quality, I also highly appreciate the long length of power cord attached! This is a perfect product for when nothing else is helping.

A good size for warming arthritic joints. I can set it on my knees, elbows or shoulders. Or I can put it on my stomach and keep my hands warm in the pocket. The soft fabric is as comforting as holding a teddy bear. I cut off the elastic strap because it just got in the way for me, and I don’t need it. The controller could be smaller, but the cord is a good length. The heat is good. It’s not very expensive so overall it’s a good buy.

The first thing I noticed about this was how good of quality the cable and controls felt. The cable is very long and the controls are easy to understand. There isn't a power on/off button, so you just have to press any button to switch on. To turn it off, just hold any of the buttons for a few seconds and it will shut off. I also LOVE how it has little pockets for my hands! My hands get so cold in the winter so this is a nice feature. The unit heats up very fast. Medium heat feels a bit too warm so I usually have it on low instead.As for the downsides, there is only one really but it's pretty significant in my opinion. The velcro on this unit is really weird.. it's super strong and I honestly feel like I'm going to rip something by trying to separate it. The velcro is strong but the material feels weak, if that makes sense? Because of this, I'm very hesitant about actually securing it to my body as I'm worried that I will struggle to take it off. For $20 though, it's not bad.

Love the fact that its washable, I use it for my castor oil packs. Just right for me.
