These are good bridge pins
These are good bridge pins, but I down graded them for two reasons. First, because the bottoms are not beveled the tips tend to hook the ball-ends of the strings. If you are not careful as you tension the string the ball will not slip off the pin and lock in place but will snag the base of the pin and shoot it out of the hole. Not good. A few seconds with a file and the problem is fixed, but I'd prefer that they came to me ready to install and not ready to be finished. Second, they have a little design feature on the smaller of the two styles that I've purchased. The slightly thicker diameter pins have a smooth ball-shaped top like a chess pawn. The thinner pins have a more stylized, slightly raised disk on top instead of a round ball (you can see this if you enlarge the picture). This is fine, but the edges of the disk are sharp. They are not sharp enough to cut you, but they can be grabby and interfere if you tend to pick with the heel of your hand resting near the bridge. Neither of these flaws is a deal breaker. They are easy to fix. Long ago I put gold Gotoh tuners on my gloss black Composite Acoustic Vintage Dreadnought. These pins are the perfect complement to them. I can't say either way whether they affect the tone of the guitar, but they certainly don't hurt.

Decent product
Product as advertised arrived on time and in perfect condition. These fit all my acoustic guitars just fine and aren’t dangerous to the instrument with proper use. They perhaps provide a slightly more dynamic response to play and enhanced high frequency audibility. The items are a little rough on the ball end. That’s not to say there is danger of being cut or injured in any way. The items are of higher profile (slightly larger) than most stock bone or plastic bridge pins. No issue for me but I’d understand there being an annoyance to some who rest their picking hand on the bridge.I’d have better appreciated a more polished and finished look.Perhaps consider this product to pair with a “beater” acoustic and upgrade if you like for a better instrument.Ultimately cannot be too upset with this buy. The monetary cost to fun exploring with this product ratio is agreeable.

Actually no.
Actually no. I am not going to bother to send them back, but once again the size was wrong. Even after I got a recommendation from someone who owned a similar Yamaha guitar. My guess is they are too short. If you own a Yamaha guitar don't buy these. I really thought they would be great and they might have been if they were the right size. After four tries at finding replacement pins for this guitar I am going to give up. Too much money spent, and time wasted. I have no idea what I will do if and when the plastic pins wear out.

Work great, just as expected.
The brass pins look and work exactly as expected. My only concern is the very thin milled cap that is purely esthetic, is so thin it can cut if you run your fingers across it at the right angle. It's very unlikely to happen though. I'll probably replace them with ones that have decorative inlays later.

too small
Tried these on two separate guitars. One was 35 years old and the other brand new. They were two thin and loose on both. Complete waste of money. Whoever is making these needs to recheck their dimensions.

Not what I was looking for
These bridge pins didn't work well in my Taylor. It allows string slippage. Replaced with plastic ones. They do look nice, though.

Not the right size
Didn't fit. Not sure why as most of them seem universal.
