Is this product good for 30 hours of cooling?

The longest I have used mine has been 24 hours. After that I got a Ziploc bag of ice cubes for the remainder of my trip. It is a great product over all!

Will this hold the spacer (inhaler tube) along with the inhaler?

I would say yes! It’s pretty good size and I love mine.

Could this hold 2 inhalers and a spacer?

No, the case is too small for 2 inhalers and the spacer. It might be big enough for one inhaler and spacer but I am not sure.
