I'm pleased to have added Mr. Hartman's books to my growing library; his work brings the American political economy into a clear focus.

Thom Hartmann again writes an excellent book , this one on how monopolies have taken over, destroying small towns, their businesses & ultimately damaged all of us. The short book (180 pages or so,) describes the problem , the political connection & lays out a plan to fix it.

This is a must read for everyone it tells how corporations have taken over governments over the years and what we need to do to stop them before the USA becomes a dictatorship.
