Peak Physique is an amazing book and in my opinion more than just a book. It is a concept and that reaches the mind and body.Hollis does a good job of reaching all individuals from beginner to advanced.Everything from the nutrition to the workouts is really detailed; there is no cookie cutter mumbo jumbo. It contains good solid information for every person regardless of their fitness level. For those who may be looking for a difference and find themselves in a place of stagnancy, Peak Physique is a good choice.I personally am going into the third week of the program and am seeing good results. The workouts provide a good challenge and results are in the mirror and not so much in the scale.This is a great piece of work that is very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Peak Physique by Hollis Liebman is all I expected and so much more.This is an excellent book for the beginning student of fitness to seasoned professionals.Hollis lays out the plan to get your life healthy and strong, and in language that is easy to read and understand. Being a trainer myself for over 20 years, and having competed in bodybuilding for 10 years, this is a book I will recommend over and over again.Excellent !!!! A job well done by Hollis again. I will continue to buy books that he writes.

Best workout book I now own
Best workout book I now own.Covers everything from soup to nuts.My brother in law had recommended this book. I've seen him using these same principles and he dropped around 80 pounds in a year and entered his first bodybuilding competition in his late 30's.Truly amazing results.Figured at 45 even thou I'm in descent shape I still have a ton of room to improve on and this book serves as a great foundation of knowledge.

Excellent read!!!
Fantastic book. My 15 year old son is beginning with a new interest in a healthy lifestyle and building muscle. He read and digested it in a day, speaking volumes for a teenage boy. Beautifully done, easy to comprehend and completely motivational. Highly recommended for beginner to experienced! !

Comprehensive, encompassing workout book!
Great workout book! It has everything you need from workouts, motivation, and nutrition. Very colorful and comprehensible! Very excited to start my program!
