Q: How many packs typically does it take for a full head?

I did a full head with 4 and a half. Don't need alot because it is really full

Q: Is the combo hair ombre or is it mixed throughout???

It's ombré but I'd say not a true ombré that I'm used to. I ordered the 1b/30 , 1b/33, and the 4/30 and although the roots were dark it still had some of the end color mixed in so the roots were not a "true"1b or 2 then fade out to 30 or 33. I would have like it more if it wasn't mixed then faded out to the lighter color but it doesn't look bad , just not as dark as I'd like!It's DEFINITELY OMBRÉ THOUGH! I've purchased many packs!!

Q: What does the "som1b/30" in the description mean? is that the color? and if so, whats the difference between this and just a plain 1b?

SOM1B/30 is a mixture of colors 1B and 30. If you google somb1b/30 you can see the color.
