Excellent espresso, reliable
Using at work for almost 5 years. Excellent cafe level espresso, quiet operation. Nozzles are made of cheap plastic, which is concerning considering high price of the machine and hot beverage passing through it . C’mon Jura- use metal instead

Great machine, works well
After using lightly for commercial use for 3 months, we have found the JURA Giga W3 to meet our needs sufficiently. Utilizing locally roasted espresso style beans and 2% milk, our customers have been very satisfied with the quality of drink our machine puts out. Maintenance & cleaning have been easy, and we are thoroughly satisfied with the construction of the product.

Excellent Machine but be careful!
I purchased this commercial machine in 2019 for my staff of 5. Now I have an issue where it is not working and the insurance plan sold with this machine does not cover commercial usage - so why sell it? Amazon sent me to the Manufacturer for manufacturers' warranty but they sent me back to Amazon and now Amazon is sending me back to the Manufacturer!

Good but came a little dirty
It works well, the quality is nice and it makes coffe well but I noticed it came dirty but I wiped it off so no worries 👍
