This sign arrived quickly from China. It is is exactly as customized. The purple is bright and lovely. I got it as a wedding gift for my sister's wedding day. One problem I did have was the hanging chains that came with the item broke. I had to go buy stronger chains at home depot.

At first, I thought the price was a bit steep, but the resulting product and quick shipping (considering it’s custom) made it worth the cost. I placed my order on July 10th, 2022 and paid additional for the fastest shipping estimated for delivery between July 19th-22nd. I was surprised when I got a notification for delivery on the 19th, and even more pleasantly surprised that it was delivered on the 18th. The sign was well packaged, works well so far, and the brightness is perfect whether minimally dim or at the maximum brightness (using dimmer switch. I recommend spending the extra few dollars for the dimming switch (capacitive touch). As for imperfections, there is very minor epoxy/adhesive residue around the lettering which can easily be cleaned up. Other than that, the sign is perfect! They were even able to include a house emoji like I had requested.As for use and longevity, I haven’t left it on for more than a few minutes, so I’ll be testing a longer time span tonight. My goal is to update my review periodically. I expect the sign and parts to last long considering the lights are LEDs.

So when I first initially ordered, I was super excited. But the package got lost and I never received it despite it saying it was delivered. The company helped me investigate and try figuring out where it went but didn’t disappoint and made sure they sent me another one and I could cry over how perfect it came out. I wasn’t sure if they were going to add the camera I mentioned and I legit screamed over how it was exactly how I envisioned. 😭 if I could track down the missing one I could just cause I probably need like one of these in each of my rooms. It’s so bright. Pretty. Perfect for my photo wall I plan on using it for when friends come over. Thank you so much for everything. This! Buy this! The customization is super simple, and any specific details can be added to the instructions section of customizations. I ordered this for my wedding, and we absolutely love the result. FYI if the acrylic backing looks cracked and dirty when it's delivered it's because of the clear protective plastic that needs to be removed......we freaked out until we saw that it needed to be removed. :)

i really wanted a neon sign of my hashtag for my wedding, and came across this. I had been looking at similar custom signs on Etsy and they were running at a minimum of about 300 for this size. This came so quickly and it’s perfect! I can’t wait to use it for the wedding and I plan on repurposing it somewhere in my home afterwards because it came out so well! Another pro for this product is that shipping was insanely fast! I expected to wait a while because it was custom and because everything seems to be delayed with mail and carrier services lately, but this came within about a week of ordering it!
