My go to knife for cleaning blues, dolphin, mackerel, sea trout, snappers, and so on.
This is my go to knife for cleaning saltwater fish. Fish scales are highly abrasive so you sharpen often with a somewhat coarse stone and want a knife that is hard enough, easy to sharpen, and has some flex. This blade does it all with perfection. Yes it rusts so rub some mineral oil or Vaseline on it if you care.

THE BEST KNIFE. FLEXIBLE SUPER SHARP
When I was a kid growing up a lot of the guys on the sport fishing boats when I would Go Fish rock God with friends or family used this knife to clean hundreds of fish I always was amazed at how easily it glided over the fishbones and took the skin off the fish it was laser sharp about this 9th it out surpasses my expectation it's amazing super flexible you could fly tiny fish or big fish lots of control and the blade is literally razor sharp because it's a high carbon blade it is able to achieve an edge very quickly it may get stained in the long run but this knife will last it is the number one knife for deck hands on He will not be disappointed if you fill at your own fish this is knife as a must have Is great job Dexter!
