I was so looking forward to adding the use of this device to my dental care regimen. Unfortunately it was defective. The crevice attachment was wedged / stuck in the device and would not unscrew with the enclosed wrench. Several of us tried to no avail. I am returning. I considered reordering but do not want to end up with another device that may have a design flaw somewhere in its production line. *Mrs. R. Fields*

Item came fully charged. Worked very well for removing tartar on the front of my teeth. Behind teeth is tricky but that is not the fault of the tool. It seemed to get a little warm against the teeth when keeping it in one spot. Worked as advertised by not vibrating when against the gums. This is a good tool for removing tartar between dentist office cleanings. I can't speak to removing stains.

It's been years since my last visit to dentist office and I don't have dental insurance currently,So I relized thatafter my daily dental routine I don't felt my teeth were clean enough because brushing alone does not seem to get rid of the scale between teeth then a friend of mine told me about this product.I highly recommend these tools which are strong and do't bend,they makes your teeth feel smooth just like when you come from the dentist. and I can't believe than I can get such high quality dental instruments for this price!

I broke my neck, so my teeth really needed some cleaning, since it has been hard for me to brush my teeth. I ordered another brand a couple of years ago, cost me about the same, it didn't work very well. I say buy this one and you will be very happy. Too early to grade the battery.

Very pleased with the quality, it's variable power and easy to use. What I really find very good is that there is also an attitude for sensitive teeth, It takes a few days to get used to it, but once it is mastered it can be very effective. It removes food fragments left even by the floss band

Definitely works. It can clear away dental calculus. Be careful when you use it for the first time.It has several modes to choose from. It also includes a small mirror, which makes it easier for you to see your teeth.
