PetStep Dog Ramp for Pools - (Standard Legs, Khaki/Beige)

The media could not be loaded. I like the stability and nonslip ramp. Easy install and assembly, the dogs can launch off of it and I don’t have to worry about it falling over. Very happy with our purchase.

This is great for our pool. It gives us peace of mind that our fur babies can get out if they fall in. I do wish the legs were a bit more sturdy. They are pretty close together so the ramp is wobbly when the dogs are on it. If the legs were angled a bit wider I think it wouldn’t be as wobbly.

We had a new puppy who was afraid to go down the steps into the pool and this ramp was an immediate solution! It has a grid on the ramp surface so no slipping as the pup came down and launched off into the water, or as he returned to the ramp to come out of the pool. Assembly was easy. We did find the screws holding the legs on the ramp would come loose after a full day of use but were easily tightened. We also have an adult dog that sometimes used the ramp as well so it got lots of daily use. With the heavy use the casing the screws went into loosed and broke.Today I sent an email to the company hoping to purchase new casings. It's been a year since we bought the ramp so I wasn't expecting the customer service I received. Within an hour of sending my email I received a phone call and on a Saturday! While I only wanted new casings, I am instead getting an entirely new ramp sent to me! Their customer service is ABOVE AND BEYOND.I highly recommend the ramp and any product sold by Handi Products! They back up what they make and sell!

My friends dog got half way down the ramp an 3 of the 4 screws broke off. Not only did they break but they broke in the holes so unable to just get new screws. This was on the first time using. The poor dog fell into the pool, reversing any feeling of security.

This works pretty well. Dogs like it. Only used it less than 2 months and something broke on the legs for the brace bar. Will have to figure out how to secure the brace now it’s broken.

With 2 Golden Retrievers, litter brothers/1yrs old, the energy is constant. It then translates into chaos their first summer in the pool. While we do have a latter, it is not dog friendly and panic sets in from them when they have trouble getting up it.This ramp is a god sent solution! Dogs and humans are happy and can easier share the pool with no accidents.Very impressed with how durable and solid this ramp is. Also appreciate the rubber capped feet to prevent tearing of our pool liner. I do wish it could be folded at any time, but understand and appreciate the 2 middle brackets to keep it solid and kept together.

So initially I really wanted to give this product 5 stars. We love it and it’s amazing. We love how sturdy it is and how easy it was to step up.Now my only issue, and it maybe as a result from human error but we keep this item in our pool 24/7 as we don’t want our pup to have an accident outside. And the only issue is that the paint/ outside coating started to flake and raise up off the board itself. Other than that, we love this product but I would recommend, keeping it out of the sun and maybe only having it in the pool when you’re outside or in the pool with your pup to ensure maximum longevity.

Amazing customer service! We purchased the ramp and the bolts broke out of the plastic. I emailed customer service Saturday evening. They personally returned my call on Sunday! They were very apologetic, took full responsibility and explained that it was a quality control issue with that particular ramp and it wasn’t meant to be sent. They took full responsibility, we’re super sweet and sent us a new ramp via fed ex and returned our money!We’ve had the new ramp for almost two weeks now and have had no issues! We have two labs and they love it. They use the ramp all day, everyday. It is easy for them to use and very stable. It gives us piece of mind that they can safely get in and out of the pool without our assistance. We did zip tie the top of the ramp to our pool (above ground) for added stability. Would definitely recommend.
