O'NEILL Superfreak Tropical ST Boot

I surf 3 time a week or more and never wear booties. I injured my foot and kept opening up the wound every time i woud surf. So i bought these super freak reef boots to protect my foot while it heals. Im actually very stoked on these. They are very light and fit true to size. Best part is board feel. The soles are thin and you hardly even know youre not barefoot. Best part for sure!! They came super fast. In time for a freak summer swell so even better! If youre on the fence on these id say hit it! Theyre pretty dern sweet. Im gonna take em with me on my next surf trip for sure. They will save your feet from the reef!

The media could not be loaded. Originally ordered size 9 because I’m normally a 9 1/2. The 9 was snug on my right foot, but felt uncomfortable on my left big toe. I read the reviews and noticed I wasn’t an outlier, so I decided to exchange it for a 10. Wise decision. The 10 feels great on both feet, and I don’t feel like I’m swimming in them (no pun intended). Great quality, fitting like comfortable gloves

I found everything I liked with these and no dislikes at all. The slightly thicker sole and extra grip is fantastic, especially if you need to walk over some reef or rocks to get out to the surf! Very durable and kept my feet from freezing in 54degree water. Very happy with these!

These are solid, well-made booties. I ordered a 10 to fit my 10 1/2 size foot and they fit well, snug but not tightl. My only complaint is that they do not have a loop on the heel to help pull the boot on and off. If they had that like my worn out ones have I would have rated it a 5. (Note that the Rip-Curl boot does have the strap on the heel.)

I ware mine for surfing ,I'm on my 2nd pair and they are fantastic ,I buy them a 1/2 size smaller than my shoe size they stretch and fit nice and tight and with the split toe it feels like I'm bear footed, with the rubber sole they stick to the board great .I have of my surf friends using them now, perfect for surfing, thanks awesome product .

These shoes are so dope! I wear a size 10.5 but if I can't find a 10.5 I'm closer to a 10 than I am an 11. So I decided to go with a 10 and they fit absolutely perfect. I've read reviews about going a whole size up and a whole size down I'd honestly ignore those and go maybe a half size down or go true to size bc they will expand a bit in water by you got to remember they have elastic around the ankle and a big Velcro strap across the top of your foot so they're not going anywhere. Lastly, I was hesitant about the split toe idea but when you true them on it's barely noticeable. 10 min later you won't even be able to notice the split. It's not as dramatic of a split as it appears on the outside of the shoe - just a small separation inside that works great! Phenomenal product and fair price.
