The unit works well with an adequate water supply. Didn't realize all the food particles this device can wash out from your teeth/mouth. A nice feature is the additional tips. Careful, the color bands are somewhat loose and can be misplaced.

Not a lot of water but works great. Good battery life. Like a needle on your gums tho on high.

This worked pretty well at removing tonsil stones, and even though I cut up my tonsils a little in the process it still worked like a charm just make sure that you use soft setting if you use it for that purpose. I also had what I believe to be a Eustachian tube blockage, and removing those stones actually helped increase drainage, and loosen up my ears along with gargling salt water several times daily. Worked though I wish this brand had wider stream nozzles for removing tonsilith's.

I purchased this water flosser 8 months ago and it quit working. I contacted the warranty, they made me ship it back to them and I had to pay the shipping to do so, and I had to pay the shipping for the to send me a new one. Once i received the new product it lasted a whole 2 weeks before i started having issues again. The product does not work at all. I contacted the warranty company again and it has now been 3 weeks, and i have not heard anything back about this product failing again. I was told the lady i was dealing with was sick and out of the office, but she was going to return 2 weeks ago. I am still scratching my head as to what i need to do.
