Faith In NatureNatural Lavender and Geranium Liquid Hand Wash, Relaxing, Vegan and Cruelty Free, No SLS or Parabens, 5 L Refill Pack

I usually choose a hand wash which is not transparent so it's more moisturising rather than the "gelish" versions, hence I went to order the coconut scent. Just before my order came I had a chance to try out the one with dragonfruit and I wasn't impressed, but still had high hopes with the coconut one.I started to use my 5L handwash and my hand got drier and drier - also started to regret the big pack of it. I always had dry hands around winter, but since I'm using this handwash it even got worst. My skin started to crack and bleed regularly and looks like an old dry leaf. My hands feels and looks like a hand of a great-grandmother.The cap got broken around halfway using this bottle - the whole top came off - so I had to cling film it with a leftover cap to protect it falling something in it while storing.It has a nice scent (also the dragonfruit one), however I found it very expensive compared what you get. My previous 5L handwash was almost half price of this and was much nicer to my skin - but wasn't available to order when I needed so I tried this one instead.Now I'm finished with the big bottle, just have one dose in the dispenser and I don't think that I will order again - however I like Faith In Nature's hair conditioner.I hope you found my review helpful.

While I still very much like the Faith In Nature hand wash products, and have bought them multiple times in different sizes (300ml / 400ml / 5L), I was quite surprised and disappointed that, in this latest 5L purchase, the liquid is noticeably thinner than in previous purchases. It doesn't foam as easily as before, meaning more squirts are needed in order to create a worthwhile lather. This is the first time I've encountered this, and I hesitate to say that it seems "watered down", but the difference is very obvious indeed; even the colour isn't as vibrant as the last batch. Here's hoping the next one will be better.

First time I have not purchased this product directly from Faith in Nature. It smells terrible. Either it has gone bad or it is fake. I’ve decanted it into containers, now have to pour it all back in to return this expensive product for a refund. It smells bloody awful, nothing like this product which I am very familiar with. I am annoyed and would never return to amazon for this product again.

I really like the huge refill bottle - I added a pump from the Faith in Nature website to make this easier. Fragrance is ok if you like tea tree. I like that many problematic ingredients are missing.Why 4 stars? My hands feel dry after using it. We previously had the FinN citrus/seaweed hand wash which didn’t cause this (and I like the fragrance more). We’ll switch back when this is all used up (and I’ll just keep handcream nearby till it is).

my box arrived damaged and has leaked,tried to exchange it but was denied it because apparently I have an invalid payment method which is absolutely ridiculous as I just purchased this yesterday! (plus I purchased on Amazon very often so my payment method is absolutely fine)
