RaZ-Berry Baby Spoon/Baby's First Spoon / 100% Silicone

This is an awesome product! It functions well as a spoon and offers a great texture and pleasing colors. It would be better if the “rest” was farther up the spoon to prevent it getting dirty with food, but other than that it is perfect!

I love love love this spoon!! My baby is 9 months and has been grabbing the feeding spoon from my hand for a few months now. I was giving him a regular baby spoon but the food would fall right off of it before it ever got to his mouth. So, he wasn't really learning how to feed himself. This spoon has cut the learning curve tremendously and by day 2 of using the spoon, he was understanding how to get it to his mouth and day 3 he was really sucking the food off like a real spoon. It's designed to hold the food - so even when he swings the spoon around, the food stays on (well, most of it!). So, when it finally gets to his mouth (usually accidentally at first), it still has food on it.Before this spoon, when he finally got the other baby spoon to his mouth, he would often gag on it because he would play with it and stick it too far into his mouth. This spoon has "petals" on it that prevent this from happening.I'm hoping that soon he learns to scoop the food by himself but he has come so far in a short time, that I'm happy with where he is now. Right now, I put the food on the spoon for him and place it on his tray for him to pick up on his own.

So my son is very stubborn. He started on solids around 5 months and then decided to go on strike after a few weeks. Every time I would feed him he would try and take the spoon away from me, and when I didn’t let him, he would throw his head back or get mad. So I found this spoon and decided to try it out. He loves it. He likes to play with it, but also likes to feed himself independently. I love that I don’t have to worry about him shoving it back too far. I also like that it’s made of silicone.

Does the job right, very well made, easy to clean. Almost perfect, EXCEPT..The COLOR scheme. By making the handle bright and the "spoon" white, my child keeps wanting to put the bright side in the mouth every single time. I wish they had reversed the color scheme and saved some gags. I might try their other color, or another brand.

My baby was premature and has struggled with many milestones. Eating was a disaster until we tried this spoon. He was very interested in the spoon and finally started opening his mouth wide. It even helps me not spill the food on the way to his mouth because it holds the food so well. He made huge improvements after using this spoon and now doesn't necessarily need it but I still prefer it. Plus it's super cute and makes a great teether while he's in his high chair waiting for his meal!

Much flimsier than I thought it would be. When holding one end of the spoon with any weight on it, it bends.Other than that, seems to work as designed. Son has not quite taken to it yet, but he is not yet 10 months old. Also, if you have the toy that is like this, they may play with and chew on this. We already have issues with our son chewing or biting down on spoons while eating. This may not help that cause.

We got this for our one year old. She doesn’t like it as a spoon but she loves to chew on it. We never give to her while she’s walking around, she only has it if she sitting the highchair or if someone’s holding her. I love the fact that the leaves act as a “stopper” so she can’t go too far back in her mouth with it. This has been a great brand of teethers for us, easy to clean and our daughter loves her raspberries!

Bought this when my son was about 6 months old. It’s one of his favorites. I love the texture and also the stopper to ensure he doesn’t gag. I bought this to help introduce a new texture to his mouth and he’s doing great with his little foods so far (8 months old now). One of my other sons struggled with texture in food so to avoid that in this child, I thought we’d get this!
