Well structured training journal!
I've been taking notes during BJJ classes for the last few years now, but not in a particularly structured way. The layout of this training journal addresses that with pages for each session where you can document the drills completed/no.of reps sparring rounds etc.You can also document training and competition goals which is very useful.Something I also liked (which I've not seen in other training journals) is being able to document training intensity for each session. This is important to keep track of, especially for recovery purposes when you train a lot.Useful for the hobbyist or more serious competitor.

Beautiful & simple cover
I have bought this because I like taking notes and my memory is usually not so good. I was nicely surprised how quickly journal got delivered to me and how beautiful and simple it is. I can’t wait to track my progress !

Journalling for Jits!
Absolutely love this for helping me record my BJJ - I have the worst memory but this helps me go through the motions of what I have learnt in class and things seem to be sticking a bit better now!
