I initially rated this company bad for not including pictorial instructions, however the VERY NEXT MORNING THE OWNER CALLED ME HIMSELF SO CONCERNED TO UPSET A CUSTOMER, HE drew the instructions out for me and made it so simple and gave me his number to call 24/7!!!!!!!I OVER REACTED AND FEEL TERRIBLE. GREAT PRODUCT and I am going to buy another one. This product was really one of those that simply did not need pictorial instructions. Wow. That simple!

Very nice product. Well made. We added a 2 to 1 converter and mounted indoors with a tire swing swivel for my special needs son.

Bought this for my 7 year old with CP. He LOVES being able to sit up on his own and not be reclined in a swing. You’ll have to finish the wood when you get it.

After putting this together, we realized we are missing the bar piece that makes it a special needs swing. Very frustrating! 👎😖

Quality Swing and Great Delivery Time
Ordered this swing a couple of weeks ago and I could not believe how fast it arrived. I think I ordered it on a Wednesday night and it was at my house by Friday--perfect timing because I planned to use it at my parents' farm, and I was leaving for the farm that weekend. This is a quality product--solid wood and well constructed. Easy to assemble with lots of photographs for guidance. This was a replacement for a plastic toddler swing that my girls loved (way too small now) that used to hang from my parents' majestic old American Elm tree. I got the special needs swing so that it would have a strap and a rod to make the girls feel safer--the limb is so high that the swing has an incredibly high arc. The really great thing about this swing is that it is big enough and strong enough that I can use it too. I was so pleased with my purchase that I just ordered another of this seller's swings (the round disk swing) to replace the cheap plastic one that we have in our backyard here in the city.
