This product is excellent. Not only is it convenient and discreet (folds in half, easily pack-able), it really works! Made of high quality materials and functions exactly as it should.The plastic, see-through travel case it comes in isn't high quality but that's okay. I can probably find a non-see-through cosmetic case, or something similar to replace it with.I have mobility issues and carry a small backpack-style purse. For nicer events I carry a small (6x9) crossbody purse and it fits in that, also I can rest assured that it's with me when needed. This is the best portable toileting aid I've found so far.Airport screening: You'll want to put this in something that isn't see-through (so the rest of the world doesn't see it) so you can place it in the bin separate from your purse, shoes, wallet, etc. If you leave it in your purse or carry-on, you'll be stopped for extra screening. As with any items that you know will cause you to be stopped - take out of purse/carry-on and put in the bin!!!

So, I bought one of these foldable ones along with a Non foldable one for my elderly neighbor. She sewed and knitted for years and has arthritis in her hands. She said it helps her a lot. She told me she also uses it in the shower by putting a lightweight washrag on it to clean herself. These are very handy for those that need a little help and still want to be independent.

The item was ill designed. It collapses for storage in the same direction it is used. And ANY pressure collapses it, pressure like actually trying to use it.The "gripper" is very shallow and not effective in holding toilet paper.I returned it to a Whole Foods the next day.

I love this tool. I love that it comes with a hook. The hook sticks well to even a textured wall. The hinge part is a bit fragile. I guess I pushed too hard when I used it, because yesterday, after using it for about nine months, the plastic hinge snapped. I quickly ordered another one. I'm going to put duct tape around the hinge of the broken one and keep it in my home bathroom --not sure if that will work but I think it will if it's wrapped tightly enough. I also didn't like the case it came with. The zipper mechanism is like a cheap sandwich baggie zipper. It comes off too easily, and the case is cheap plastic, which rips easily. It's also clear, so when I carry it to the bathroom with me, I feel self-conscious with it. After a couple of months I decided to get a black faux leather makeup pouch to keep it in instead. Much better. It wasn't easy to find the right size bag, but I found one. I gave it four stars because it was still a life-saver in public because I have herniated disks and I'm obese so it is very hard for me to reach all the way back to wipe, and I got a good nine months out of it so that's less than $2.00 a month for an important tool.

it reaches where it needs to, but then you are stuck with dirty TP that does not slide off when the trigger is pulled, or when you shake it. So you have to use your hands to move out of the way and remove it manually. No help whatsoever.

Very easy to use. I love having one of these that can fit easily in my backpack. It's great to be able to use the restroom in public without assistance.

The wiping aid snapped at the fold and was unusable afterwards. I have to replace it and am very frustrated.

This is the 3 one of these I have purchased. The first one from another company fell apart within a few weeks. I then bought an expensive one from another company and it broke right away and the company did not honor their warranty. This is the 3rd purchase and it's worked well so far and is made better than the other 2. I can now go poop in public and not have to worry about not being able to wipe. After a bad auto accident which injured my back, neck and shoulders made it so I can't reach to wipe I was frantic about going out in public in case I had to poop an couldn't wipe myself. This has saved me a lot of embarrassment and smell.

This tool works perfectly for those who have difficulty reaching. The toilet paper stays in place by the rubber material and the indent in the head. The push button easily releases the paper into the toilet without any need to touch it. The wand folds up easily and the included pouch ensures it remains compact in your purse or bag. This product gives you a new found freedom and sense of independence.

Does not work as promised

My husband liked this as it is foldable so great for travel. It could have been longer as it is difficult for him to use as he is heavy and limited flexibility. However he was able to manage it.

Such a relief knowing and now having an adequate product to enhance one’s personal hygiene! Works great, prefect length and I feel much more confident knowing I feel fresh and clean, especially for us larger folks who need a little more assistance! 😉
