L'Occitane Anti-Hair Fall Strength & Volume Shampoo Refill, 500ml

My review is about Amazon and not the Loccitane shampoo (which by the way is fabulous as Ive used it before.) I got an unsealed, opened packet. Of course Im not going to trust an open shampoo, that too an expensive product, as I suspected tampering. I called Amazon immediately and they wasted so much of my time moving me from dept to dept, this happened over days and over several calls! They kept asking me to upload a photo, at every call! Then finally after several calls, a lady lied to me and said that the refund has been initiated and we have cancelled the order. Three days later I find that she had lied as there was no refund! When I called back, they started at square one! “Hello, can you tell me what is the problem?”. My god, Ive explained the same story so many times to these people , only to hear “sorry I am not authorised, can I put you on hold”, and then same story again!. Lesson: NEVER, ever buy expensive cosmetics on Amazon. Just know that their customer service will say “I am not authorised to handle luxury items, and please hold while i transfer you to some other department”, and they will keep making u run around and you will never reach any ‘other department’. Please go with Nykaa where u can be sure you will not face such a pathetic experience with luxury cosmetics.
