Makes Great French Fries
I am diabetic so eating potatoes is a no-no. I found using this with a keto recipe was pretty close to a real french fri. The potato flavor is on point

Good But….
I have used this flavoring in cauliflower mashed potatoes and you need to use a lot to get it to taste like potatoes. So just know that if used on regular basis you will be running out fast. Wish it was more concentrated.

Dont let the smell fool you....works for Keto Fries
The latest keto craze is Keto Fries. Basically mix almond flour, xanthan gum and hot water together and roll it and cut it into strips to be fried.I made two batches one recipe without the concentrate and one with (20 drops). Now, be warned...this stuff smells pretty terrible, but the end result was pretty good. Next time i may add more than 20 drops because the flavor was subtle, but it was there and they tasted good.

Weak flavor
I am sure this is a great product but the flavor is weak. Strong smell. Used recommended amount of drops and still didn't taste the product.

Buttered popcorn mayyyybee
Tastes like butter... maybe buttered popcorn... def NOT potato flavor. So disappointed! Wanted to make keto fries (almond flour recipe) taste like potato.. didn't add a thing to the flavor.Update: Tried to get a refund and Amazon says you can't as this item is flammable! Say what?? So then contacted the manufacturer and they said no refunds, sorry. Nice to see a company NOT stand behind their product quality and satisfaction. Stay away from OOOFlavors!

Don't go by the smell
I have a lot of the other flavorings and I love them. When this arrived and I opened it it smelled like artificial movie theater popcorn butter but man oh man when I added about 10 drops to the mashed cauliflower I had prepared it was indistinguishable from mashed potatoes! I am so glad I got this because it brings mashed cauliflower to the next level.

Nice
I bought this to add to Caul mash in the hope that it would tone down the cauliflower flavor. I think I only used two drops and it definitely helped, especially the leftovers as cauliflower mash tends to get a strong taste. I plan to try adding this to Keto french fries made from coconut flour.

Adds a slight flavor of mashed potatoes. Better than just mashed cauliflower.
