The quality of ladder is amazing, seller package the well and delivery on time. The installation kind easy just follow the video and manual instructions. Two week ago, during moving heavy furniture, part of the strap for secure the ladder was broken, that is my mistake, because of careless attention put heavy box on top of it, so it was cracked. I contacted the seller directly, asking seller if I can buy parts to fix it, when seller know my situation give me fast response, just mailed a new part to me for free. The seller's dedication and customer care attitude is really great, I have to give seller 5 stars review. I will buy things again from seller in the future if needed.

Easy to install and sturdy to help get into the bed of my truck.

The instructions are weak and partial in giving information. I completed the install by reviewing the various photos of what others did (most of the pictures showed several placements that the instructions did not refer to). My recommendation is to review the pictures before and after reading the instructions. The materials are sturdy and do well what I bought them for.

This ladder for the tailgate is definitely a plus to have if you hate the struggle of getting up n down out of the truck bed and think the upgraded ones ate over priced. It was easy to install and has two straps to hold it in place when not in use.
