Q: Can you use two seperate analog inputs on this? ie connect one analog device through xlr and a second device through rca?

It's only one analog inputs for those amplifier. The analogical outputs(1) is RCA is for subwoofer(SW) and a balanced , the SW output, can't be used as regular preamp out, it's designed for subwoofer(low frequencies, no highs )

Q: Can you connect a turntable?

If your turntable has a built in pre-amp, you can connect it directly. Otherwise, you will need a preamp between your turntable and amp.

Q: Can this adjust subwoofer volume independently?

No, but most powered subs have their own volume control.
