Q: Does this include the two ribbons? Are they pre installed?

Yes it does and yes they are :-) I have not installed them yet but I have looked in the box.

Q: Does it come with the casing where the ribbon runs thru?

No, it does not, and without this casing my sunroof wasn’t repairable since the amount of force the little motor puts out completely breaks the casing even after replacing the ribbon.
