Tastes ok, but what's the point if it won't dissolve. Wish I hadn't tried this, wasn't worth the money. I even tried boiling water and it still didn't dissolve. It really does just stay like sand/powder at the bottome of the glass no matter how much water you use. If you want to be able to drink it try something else. I was able to dissolve tablets better than this.

What’s the point in creating this product as a powder to be mixed into a drink if it doesn’t dissolve whatsoever? Even in warm or hot liquid, doesn’t dissolve one bit. Literally just put this powder into capsules and sell it that way, no one wants to chew magnesium powder.

I like this product better than a pill but it doesn’t dissolve very well in water, warm or cold. Every time I use it it has a chalky layer at the bottom of my glass, even after shaking and stirring it excessively which is unpleasant. I do like the flavors and benefits of it so I will still buy it and use it I just hope that they can make a version someday that dissolves better in water.

It does not dissolve properly and is chalky.

The flavor isn’t terrible, but it’s overpowering. You can’t add it to a smoothie and have it taste any different. It will taste like the powder. However, the taste isn’t bad and so if you just want to mix it with a little water and chug it, it should do the trick.

This would be a great product if it would disolve. No matter how long I stir it for, it will not completely disolve. My last drink is a mouthful of grit.

Product does help with nightly leg cramps but has a chalky taste & is difficult to dissolve in water …

the product never dissolves completely which makes it very difficult to consume and gives me migraines and refluX
