Flavor is nice.Doesn't dissolved easily in water.You need to take it long before workout.

Diarrhea is in your future
I tried this and had diarrhea no less than 3 times a day every time I used it. My wife tried 1 scoop this morning and had diarrhea and upset stomach all day and tonight. I have used multiple pre workout formulas over several years and have never had this issue.

Isss ok
Not super impressed with this product especially because of the price. It’s got great ingredients, however I had to take two scoops ( actually a little more) to feel anything. Other than that the pumps were solid and so was the focus.
