These lentils are a satisfying snack on their own or as part of a savory mix. I haven't tried it yet, but they could work well on a salad (depending on what you're going for). I prefer the "Lightly Salted" flavor. However, the Salt/Vinegar and Barbeque aren't bad (though a bit messier if snacking at the office). Recommended for anyone looking for a different sort of low-fat, crunchy protein.

I have never had a more disgusting product. The item was so dry, I choked so badly. I don’t know how these are sold. I love lentils and I’ve had the same type of item from a different company that was so much better. Buyer beware

The flavor and nutritional value here is a win. My husband complains they make his mouth dry but it’s nothing a lil water can’t wash down IMO. we’ve been bringing these on hikes all summer. Kids love them too.

I love this product! It tastes great and it's filling so it serves as a good afternoon snack and a shot of protein in my busy day!However some of the lentils are rock hard and I'm nervous that my tooth will crack so use caution when eating! Otherwise enjoy!

Extremely salty and quite hard.

Even though these are not out of “Sell by date”. They are rancid. Either the oil they were fried in or the lentils themselves went bad. You can smell and taste the rancid and bitter taste. Not a great product, was hoping for better.

I like roasted sunflower seeds, but for whatever reason, I never feel great after eating them. I enjoy the crunchy and salty nature of them, but I don't like the pointed ends or how I feel afterwards. Enter these wonderful little snacks!These roasted lentils have that same great crunch and salty taste (at least, the lightly salted version does) as sunflower seeds, but the lentils are rounded and I feel good after eating them. They really are a great snack if you're looking for something salty and crunchy. One bag is 170 calories, but there's quite a bit in one bag, and I have yet to eat anywhere near a whole bag at one time. I've enjoyed eating Progresso lentil soup for years, and the saltiness and taste of these reminds me of it (not the crunch, as the lentil soup is very soft in texture).I really like the amount of fiber and protein in these, too. Quite simply, it's a snack that I feel good eating and feel good about eating.I'd never even thought to look for crunchy lentil snacks before, and I'm so glad that I came across these. They're fantastic.

This is a healthier substitute for chips as a snack. They're fresh, crunchy with the right amount of salt! AND 10g of protein per 40g package. A delicious treat.

These are tasty and are great as a snack alone or sprinkled on a salad! My only wish is that the bags were a bit smaller as I find they have too much for me for one serving. Next time I'll buy a large bag instead of the individual serving sizes.

These things are amazing. I keep a box in my desk at work. I've been on a diet for a while, and when the salads aren't filling me up, I'll crush a bag of these bad boys. They're delicious and filling. The dill pickle peas are amazing too!
