Evercade VS Retro Premium Pack

The Evercade VS has clearly been created by fans of old school videogames FOR fans of old school videogames.The styling of the machine,the controllers and cartridges just feels RIGHT! The price points of both the console and cartridges are spot on,giving great value for money.Before you know it,you'll be unable to stop yourself getting more and more cartridges to try out both old games and new ones written for the old vintage consoles.The VS has a great looking UI system with really lovely features(the scanlines and bezels add to the nostalgic feel of things).Looking forward to more bezels and themes etc in future firmware updates.10/10P.S. Blaze,can we possibly have some old ZX Spectrum games too please?

The console has a very retro aesthetic which I do like. Joypad quality is good, very comfortable and seem well made. A wireless option would be good but I guess that's just not retro!In terms of the collections I've really enjoyed playing some old favourites but the biggest surprise has been how much I have enjoyed playing some of the titles I wasn't aware of. Love the booklets that come with the collections as well, they give some good background info on the games and the developers behind them.Preservation of old games is very important to me in the days of hit and miss backwards compatibility and this console goes a long way to keep some old gems alive

A fantastic retro console I am absolutely in love with it it’s extremely good quality too the game cartridges are high quality games very collectible its really nice to be able to physically collect some of these old retro console and arcade games in 2022 it’s easy to use and set up the controllers work perfectly and feel and respond really good they also have a great length cable which is brilliant as were all now so familiar with wireless controllers nowadays you get a great start pack here with games included but unfortunately no HDMI cable included you will need you own I absolutely love this system and there’s loads of games to collect for it too all at a reasonable price point HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended

Really surprised how good this is. The emulation of the games is great, they look fantastic on the big screen. The controllers are comfy and easy to use or you can pair other third party controllers. The dual cartridge slot is genius so you can load up 2 sets of games at once. The slots are hot swappable whilst your on the menu screen, so no need to power down for a change over. The console has wifi for system updates and all the menu's and settings are nicely laid out.It's great on its own if you only want to play on a TV, but it's also a great compliment to the Evercade handheld, the save games are stored on the carts themselves, so they go everywhere with you so its essentially a retro switch if you have both.

I really like the device. It does exactly what it says and is enjoyable to use.Trying to get carts for this device is an absolute nightmare, though. Half of the apparent suppliers don't actually have the games, and if a new popular title is released it's gone in minutes online.Great concept and a cool device, but the execution of content delivery is atrocious at best. This is meant to be an alternative to buying the original games or emulating them, but is actually far more effort than it's worth.

Great console for retro games would recommend, removing 1 star as they do not supply a HDMI cable! Without which you can not use. Took me an hour digging thought all my cupboards trying to find a spare

Have to say I am surprised how much I love this thing. Its nicely built and haven't came across any issues. All the games run great on it and I personally love using the crt filter (I know strange). The carts were a little hard to put in but once i did it they were much easier to put in and take out after.
