Sharp, great ergonomics, and good looking. If you buy it, this might become your favorite knife for cutting vegetables.

I love it.
I love everything about this knife. It feels so nice in my hand. For some reason, the giant size of this knife makes it feel safer. It just glides through prep, like cabbage, carrots, onions. Grasping just between the handle and the blade feels perfectly balanced. I really like it.

Buen cuchillo serbio
Lo comencé a utilizar inmediatamente ya que lo esperaba con muchas ansias, sin embargo, me preocupó que se desafiló muy rápido!!!

very sharp easy to cut and just enjoyable to use on hard meat and vegetables
the only thing i dislike tho is that it handle is a little bit big and when it gets wet it gets hard to hold

Weak steel
My knife chipped while spatchcocking and chicken but I can't reach anyone at the company. Supposedly they have a lifetime warranty, what good is a warranty of customer service does not exist? I tried to find the phone number for Dalstrong with no luck. They only guarantee knives purchased directly for dalstrong. Very dissatisfies with them as a company I will never purchase any of their products again. They should change the name to Dalweak or Dalgarbage.
