I’ve had an Onyx Studio 2 for 10 years. I’m just upgrading since the speakers are starting to sound slightly blown even though I never turn it up loud so I figured I could justify a new one since I use it almost every day. Harman Kardon just kills it with these speakers. There is nothing that sounds this good and looks this good for this price. The sound is amazing. Hi-fidelity with great bass. This is a room filling speaker. Tip: place it in a corner or in a nook and the bass really shines. These Onyx Studios are engineering masterpieces.

Early Christmas gift to myself. Don’t need it to be portable so any battery life is a plus. I love it. I basically use it instead of a sound bar. Imagine watching forensic files tucked into bed, and suddenly you hear what sounds like someone bumping out in the driveway. It’s this!

These are the best sounding speakers I ever owned. Especially if u like to have 2 Bluetooth speakers joined together for simulated stereo. Wow!! The bass is out of this world. just Sucks I have to keep picking up the broken drinking glasses that fall on the tile from them. Ohh and u hope u don’t own a cell phone cause you better take out the battery. These things love the interference. Took me a while to figure out why they kept crackling when I joined them together. Especially when I had tech support on the phone 3 times and they said there was nothing wrong with them. Ohhhkaay?!?! Really there was nothing wrong with them rhey were just engineered before 5g. No biggie don’t like to use the phone when I’m blasting out my neighbors anyways. So…. In hindsight… Yes I’d buy them again. You can’t buy an old version of speaker that you can’t do a firmware upgrade in it for that price. You be the judge. Don’t let me influence your decision either way. K!?

I got tired of connectivity and other issues with various Bose bluetooth speakers and thought it was time to try something else. The Onyx 7 is so much better! Connectivity was easy initially and has not been a problem since. The sound is robust. There is good bass. One speaker covers whole first floor without having to turn volume up to max, and even when loud, there is no distortion. It looks like modern sculpture so it can be out in the open. This is a great little speaker. I want another for upstairs!

This speaker is incredible. Delivers sound for being its size, making it monstrously powerful yet conveniently travel friendly. Though it can be used completely wireless, I rarely use it without power. As such, I cannot vouch for battery life. As for sound quality: BANGIN is the best word I can use to describe. It’ll shake some walls if pushed in the right sized space, while the highs are warmer than say a JBL or lower tier speaker. At a fraction of the cost of many larger and more expansive portable speakers, this HK speaker is as sneaky good find!

Love Harmon Kardon speakers this is my second one. I’m going to purchase another one next week! It is beautiful, sound is crisp and bass is everything! Exceeds all of MY expectations!

Ottimo prodotto, preso in sostituzione al mio vecchio HK Onyx Studio 5. Produce dei bassi piacevoli, suono molto valido. Unica pecca è che non è resistente a schizzi d'acuq/umidità/polvere, quindi non ha certificazione IP (farebbe comodo una leggera protezione) a differenza di prodotti di competitor. Tuttavia ritengo che il suono di questo altoparlante sia supoeriore a quelli di brand competitor e alla stessa fascia di prezzo. Da notare che perde leggermente potenza sonora se sconnessa dall'alimentazione esterna, ma per l'uso che ne faccio non è un problema.

Incredible bass at low volume, I bought two speakers and I am using them in stereo configuration connected to my turn table via aux jack entry. Amazing sound quality, I don't regret the buy. I used the Bluetooth functionality as well and it works fine with the iPhone.
