I live alone. I like things like hamburgers! I hate messing up my entire kitchen to cook one little burger! This little thing is so cute, but it works like a charm! one burger patty, cooked to perfection All I did was all up the meat with some garlic and plopped it on the griddle, close the lid, and that flattened the patty and it cooked in about 8 minutes, to perfection. Not undercooked and not overcooked. Tasted my bun, little cheese that I melted on top (part of it stuck to the top of the griddle, but I picked the edge with a little spatula and it peeled off perfectly and I put it on my burger with the rest of the cheese that had only melted. I travel a LOT for work, and will be bringing this with me to cook in my hotel room instead of eating in a restaurant every meal. Its small, so its easy to portion your meal too!! I thought it was going to be junk, but to my surprise, its awesome!!

They are small and thin, if you are making for 1 person it's ok but for your kids or whole family it will take a while to make because of size.

The unit is easy to use and clean . Easy to store. Does a great job.

This is a handy little cooker!I made a fried egg to put on an English muffin first, very quick and easy. I'm not sure if this will hold two eggs, that might overflow it especially if they are large or extra large eggs.After that I tried a modified version of the potato pancake recipe that came in the recipe book provided. My recipe became: One medium russet potato, shredded. One small onion, diced. One egg. A spoonful of bread crumbs (I'm out of flour), salt, pepper, chili powder. Mixed it all up and cooked it on this. Worked great! Well browned on both sides, cooked in just a few minutes. The non-stick coating is non-stick - I only wipe it with oil when I clean it.I also confirmed it only uses 350 watts. So it would be possible to run this on a battery box (jackery or ecoflow for example), or even on a power inverter in a car or RV. It does get fairly hot though, so you'll probably want to run it on something that won't easily burn -- like a counter or tray.

Great and helpful addition in the kitchen when I want a quick breakfast, brunch or snack. Very versatile because I can make more than pancakes with it. It's cute too. I highly recommend for quick and single dish cooking.
