I make egg roll in a bowl a lot and I hated hand grating carrots. So far that's all I've used it for but way better than a hand grater.

I could not justify spending so much on a brand name one so I was thrilled that this one is easy to use, durable and simple to clean.

It works well and shredded zucchini fast! But the blade got plugged quickly. It had a harder time cutting the rind/peel. I consider that a very minor inconvenience.

I am very pleased with this product. I should have ordered this a long time ago. Works as it should.

It does exactly what I need it to do. Because of changes in recipe, standard flavored baking chips no longer melt at a reasonable temperature. In order to use them to make different flavors of fudge, I have to grind them into a powder. For years I've been using a 35-year-old food processor to do this and I've just been waiting for the motor to give out. This little attachment on my lovely KitchenAid stand mixer does the job in seconds! I'm sure I'll find other uses for it, but even if I don't it was worth the price for this one task alone.
