I recently broke my leg and was looking for a good quality waterproof protector for my pot so that I could have a shower without worrying about my pot getting wet. Before I brought this one I did try a couple of others but to say they were useless would be kind. When I got this one I still wasn't fully of confidence that it would do the job. Well how wrong was I ?! This is an absolutely brilliant waterproof boot. It is so easy to put on and take off and in the shower it really doesn't matter if the water sprays directly on to the seal of the boot. I have found for the best seal that it is best to pull the boot on as far as it goes and then pull it down from the top just a little. That way you make sure that there are no wrinkles or creases in the seal. After use I just towel it dry as best i can then hang it up to finish drying and read for next time. On a score out of 10 I have to give this a solid 10 for both value for money and quality.

This cover does exactly what it’s intended to do, keeps your cast perfectly dry. The aperture is very snug, quite tight on my arm but ok as you only use for a few minutes to shower etc. The only downside is that you do need someone else to put it on, I couldn’t manage it at all on my own.

I had to keep the bandage on my foot dry in the shower and was recommended this by the nurse. Result? Dry foot, easy to put on and take off, and no more flamingo impressions with one foot outside the shower.

This is easy to put on and does a marvellous job at keeping everything dry. It’s also easy to remove and dry, offering a comfortable form of protection. However , it’s lacking in some very basic features, very important to anyone with a cast or specialist dressing. It needs a non-slip foot base, which is sturdy. Many other protectors have these as a basic safety feature and I’m surprised to see this was lacking.

I have my arm in a plaster cast and found this sleeve very easy to use for showering. It's well designed, sturdy and robust with a strong seal to keep my cast dry. I find it easy to put on and take off.

It did its job in keeping my foot dry post op, but it failed after two weeks - let water in, so into the bin it went!

Ce truc est génial pour un avant bras dans le plâtre. Précaution indispensable pour protéger l’ingénieux système d’étanchéité : prenez un sachet congélation (moyen ou grand), coupez le fond pour en faire un petit tunnel. Passez-y votre main (côté plâtre) et bloquez l’extrémité avec votre main fermée. Puis enfilez l’article étanche en installant l’anneau d’étanchéité sur le tunnel de plastique : faites ensuite glissez le tout jusqu'à enfilage complet. Rentrez le sachet-tunnel à l’iintérieur de la manche étanche, et prenez votre douche en toute zenitude ! Pour enlever la manche, refaites glisser le sachet protecteur sous l’anneau élastique et faites la manœuvre inverse. Vous protègerez ainsi l’étanchéité de votre manchette, car le passage du plâtre ou de la résine endommage l’anneau élastique ! Bonne douche avec cette manchette géniale !

Tenía miedo de que costase trabajo meter el brazo, pero el neopreno con el que se cierra es muy suave y muy fácil de poner y quitar.Estoy encantada y me ha salvado mis duchas.
