Product was not worth the money.
The amount of fish and the size of fillets was not worth the money I spent. I had to purchase more Catfish fillets, I was able to get 5lbs of fillets for $39.90, compared to the $112.00 for 4lbs.

Taste fine. Irregular sizes.
We were looking for fish for a crowd. These are fine for us, and tasty, but the difference in the sizes of the pieces make it hard to gauge times and cook for a gathering of people.

These fish strips were okay, but they were too spicy hot for us.

Quailty has gone down
bought it back a years ago and it was very very good, but lately the fish has a lot of red meat on it and i had to trim most of it off and only leave the white meat, the last 4 box i bought was like that, will not buy any more and will switch to another brand of catfish
