Second one we have bought. Sold our house and loved it so much we put in new home. Well worth the buy.

It was great.
I bought it at over $1000. Installation was some work but not too bad. Worked great for a while. Then it started making noise. Believe it to be a bearing making noise. It's so loud it's not usable. I am pleased to say that the company replaced it for me after any said warranty free of charge.

Beautiful Ceiling fan
The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful ceiling fan. My only complaint would be that the lightning fixtures on fan isn't very bright and it doesn't make the room look good with the light on. It's too dim and a yellowish color in the room. But it is a beautiful and attractive and completely Unique fan fixture! Love it!!

Just Perfect!
Had this fan professionally installed in my living room and it is perfect with my decor and really puts out a nice breeze from my high ceiling. It seemed to go up easily and I like the wall control. The light adds a nice soft ambient glow to the room at night.

Minka-Aire wont fix under warranty 1 month old Gyro fan. I have two of these fans with problems.
Several calls into Minka-Aire and several contacts via their Facebook App. They promised to get back to me but I just keep getting blown off. one of my fans had the gyro motor fail which has a lifetime warranty and the other one month old fan vibrates badly on high. The distributor just said send it back after it has been assembled and hung. The box is no longer available so I can't ship it back.I'm just screwed.

Too much money for how long they last.
Owned one for about 12 years.. After 3 or 4 yrs it quit rotating. After 10 yrs the halogen light socket burned out. You can’t replace it. I just took it down.
