Great Needles. Great Service!
I use this brand of needles for my commercial embroidery machine. They are very good quality and I depend on that. (No-one wants to stop and change bent or broken needles in the middle of a design!) But I ordered in a hurry last time, and discovered whilst trying to fit the needle into my machine, that I had purchased the wrong type of needle. I had opened the packaging, obviously, so I worried I couldn't send them back. But I read the seller's policy and they offer a no-worry replacement. No questions. Quick replacement.
