if only i had found this mat sooner! like when i first started hot yoga would be great because now i have all these yoga mats and towels that i no longer need.this mat is everything you need for hot yoga. you could use it for any type of yoga but it is especially suitable for hot yoga. just drop a little water at the front where your palms will go for down dog and you are good to go. no slipping and sliding, no squishy noises when your mat is drenched with sweat and the backing keeps your sweat off the floor underneath. you could certainly use this on top of a mat if you were practicing on a hard floor but with my soft studio floors, this is all i need. the flap at the back is perfect for rabbit pose.it’s so easy to just throw it in the washing machine when you get home. it can be dried in the dryer but i prefer to hang it to dry. don’t use fabric softener!overall, very pleased with the performance of this mat. my manduka pro and liforme sit unused now.

I have been a practitioner of hot / Bikram yoga for a few years now, and have been through numerous different towel solutions. To date The Breathe Hot Yoga Mat (Towel) has been and continues to be the absolute best solution. As a owner of multiple previous models of this towel I can say that the current design is the best to date. The (new) elastic straps has helped to limit towel mat slippage, and the updated lining material performs much better at limiting moisture from making its way into the mat. You might wonder if the cost is worth it. Let me assure you it is. The towels are very easy to clean just throw in the wash. I highly recommend hanging to dry to ensure longevity.

I do hot yoga and inferno pilates every day, these mats can take a beating!🤗 I wash and dry on a daily basis, really holding up well and I do not slip, even after 3 hours in classes when I do both back to back. I highly recommend this product.

I don't review many products, but this mat is so fantastic I wanted to share! I wanted it for a long time because one my yoga instructors has been using it and loves it, but it seemed a bit pricey. It was well worth the money. I am an especially sweaty yogi, so the fact that I can fully wash my mat is amazing. Also, it felt less slippery than my regular yoga towels and mats. I highly recommend it.

I really like this mat. It is well made and I have excellent traction on it. It is pretty, as well. It washes well.

The only way to hot yoga! I wash this yoga mat/towel in my washer & dryer after each and every class so I no longer have germ nightmares of all the sweat soaked into the studio carpet (gag/shudder). It’s obviously not as cushy as a real mat but it’s cleaner and that makes it totally worth it for peace of mind alone.

I hope they keep producing these mats. Nothing works better for Bikram yoga. Wonderful in every way and the rabbit flap still incites jealousy - as it should!

Fast shipping good quality

This is the best quality by far for any company making this type of yoga mat. It's even the best that this company has produced. The only drawback is I want two...but they are out of stock...:)
