Amazing and Informative!
Even though I got this product for free, I would have gladly paid for it. The recipes contained within are great and easy to make. Very healthy and enjoyable as well. I love it! Thanks for releasing such a great product that anyone can use and understand! I recommend this to anyone looking to clean up and create a healthier menu for their family. Being a single parent, recipes and meals are a big part of raising my child and this book has provided great alternatives to any menu plan. It eliminates the need to go out to eat! My Very Favorite Cookbook
First of all, this book is filled with good scientific information that is understandable. If I understand WHY it is important to follow these rules, then I am more apt to follow the plan. This book set me straight on a few things. But one of my favorite things about the book is the collection of recipes. I went through them marking the ones I wanted to try, and there were very few that I did not mark. I cannot wait to try them, and knowing that I am actually preparing and eating something that is good for me is an added bonus. I've been wishing for a go-to recipe book that I could depend on, and this is it. I detest having to scrounge from one book to another looking for a solid healthy recipe. This book hit the mark with me. In fact, I like it so well that I bought it twice. Once on Kindle and then a hard copy. Love both of them.

Inaccurate information
This book has so many inaccuracies that it isimpossible to know where to start. Take my advice and don’t waste your money on it, unless you want to add more fat to your body. It doesn’t take much research to refute most of what they teach.

Nourishing Traditions updated
I found this looking for an anti-inflammatory, anti-candida cookbook. It has a similar format to Sally Fallon’s nourishing traditions, but not so long and it has more updated, current information. I also think they try to be very objective, for example, the page on veganism points out, pros and cons and praises people who do this for moral reasons, and then gives you options on how to best approach a vegan lifestyle. There are few recipes here, but they are useful, and I will have to substitute out the dairy for now (not difficult for me).

Buy this if you want to know more than just recipes
This book is excellent. I really like it because its not just full of recipes, it has a lot, and I mean a lot of information about ingredients; what it is, where it comes from, how to select the best, and nutritional values. This book is also one of the few that matches up with the diet and guidance I recently received from my cardiologist and health coach. Looked at several others from the American Heart Association and the guidance just seemed to be based on old and now, perhaps, even outdated studies. If you just want recipes, this book is not for you. If you want information, guidance, and recipes, this is an excellent choice.

Easy recipes
This book gave insight into the preparation of good healthy foods that don't require odd ingredients. They are tasty easy to prepare and require little time or effort.I recommend this book wholeheartedly.

This was a gift, to a person living gluten free and interested in health, including intense exercise, He liked it. It also is a nice coffee table book.

These recipes are easy, don't require a whole lot of expensive ingredients and are delicious! Every one I have tried so far turned out really well! The chocolate cake is amazing. My new food bible!
