Perfect size and shape for me as stays in one place on lower back and doesn't move about. If stickyness starts to not be as good I use the pain doctor conductive gel I bought separately to 're-wet' them. I am pleased with these. Have used them on lower back and then one wrapped around hip area.

I have used butterfly pads for years now as I suffer from 3 chronic pain conditions, all of which effect my back severely. The adhesion is great and the butterfly is easy to remove from the skin due to it having the gap where the spine is. I've used it every day since I got it and tbh I'm in love with it. I'd recommend this to everyone!
