Take a lil spin

Been using DynaFlex products for a while... Like 2006. I have one of the original Power Balls and the Iron Pro. Got this for the (EX)Girlfriend because she wanted something smaller that fir her hands better. From my past experience, I'd say this unit is substantially smaller. I also feel like it lacks the torque necessary for ME to get a workout like the original. That being said, I's probably a good place to start for anyone with smaller hands or who's beginning rehabilitation from an injury or surgery.
