Automotive Custom Lacquer Spray Paint, Gloss White

The true color of this paint is one of a kind. While I expect to order things online the color be off then what it shows I was lucky enough to get a can of this in person and try it prior to my order and absolutely love it. I had been looking for the perfect purple for some time prior to finding this and I was never really happy until I found this. My only complaint was the nozzle that comes on the spray can. It is a flat spray which I didn't like at all. I was wasting more paint from the overspray. Easy solution though, just use the top of a different can if you have one which is what I did. The spray once I changed the top was much more accurate for my needs. The coverage is great as long as you use two light coats it covers like a charm. I used just a little over 3 cans to paint my car's rims. I wouldn't recommend using anything to speed up the drying process as I tried to apply some heat the first go around and it caused a reaction that changed the color of the paint to a hazy white version of purple and I had to repaint. It dries on it's own very quickly a great selling point. The finish dries as a Matte or satin. I personally rather have a gloss so I used a clear gloss protectant as my top coat. That of course is only my preference and it's not to say anything negative about the finish. All in all I absolutely adore the color of this paint, and wish it was available more in stores so I don't have to wait. I will be purchasing more of this and I would highly recommend for anyone that likes the color purple as you won't find another spray can this color!

I recently used the Rust-Oleum Automotive Premium Custom Lacquer Spray Paint in Matte Black to give my license plate holder a sleek and custom appearance, and I'm quite pleased with the results. Easy Application: The spray paint was easy to apply, and the nozzle provided a consistent and smooth spray pattern, allowing for even coverage without drips or streaks. I appreciated how quickly the paint dried, allowing me to complete the project in a short amount of time. Matte Finish: The matte black finish provided by this spray paint gave my license plate holder a modern and understated look, which was exactly what I was going for. The matte finish has a subtle sheen that adds a touch of sophistication to the overall appearance. Customization: One of the reasons I chose this spray paint was for its ability to create a custom look. By painting over the original license plate holder, which had my dealership name on it, I was able to achieve a cleaner and more personalized aesthetic that better suited my preferences. Durability: Although I haven't had the painted license plate holder for long, the paint seems to be holding up well so far. It has resisted chipping and peeling, even with regular exposure to outdoor elements such as sunlight and rain. Overall, I'm satisfied with the Rust-Oleum Automotive Premium Custom Lacquer Spray Paint in Matte Black. It provided the perfect solution for customizing my license plate holder, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to achieve a sleek and professional finish on automotive surfaces.

Its a great Ford tractor blue. All other ford blues look almost faded blue or little baby blue.

I painted my 84 Corvette with this. Looks good, covers ok. The nozzle clogs easy which made me really frustrated.

Good so far

Great value for the money, applied well and the finish looks great.

I've used this paint before but people need to know that they're dealing with a lacquer and if it's not prepped correctly you will have a reaction due to the existing paint underneath. Make sure prep is done correctly and the primer is compatible otherwise it will wrinkle... It's SOFT when first applied but it tacks super fast and allows for unlimited coats that when cured will be harder and more durable than your typical urethanes etc. The matte lays down really well, the color from can to can is quite uniform. The tip sprays nicely, just give it a little extra shake as you lay it down. Unlike typical urethanes and such, you won't have to worry about it laying down too dry. It dries quickly and you can lay down endless coats smoothly. Works extremely well!

Zero stars if I could. I had painted my side view mirror cap with black glossy rustoleum paint and it looked great. waited 48 hours and then wanted to at this glossy clear coat figuring it would enhance the shine and durability of the finish. Instead it made a complete mess of it. I warmed and shook the can well and sprayed in even light coats and it delivered and specked finish. I applied several coats figuring it would even out once dried. It never did. It wasn't even remotely glossy. It ruined my cap and I had to sand it off and basically repaint it again with the black gloss. What a waste. At least Amazon stood by it and refunded my money, but not my lost time!!

This paint is excellent, goes on easy and has vibrant colour. I used it on old ammunition cans (Tupperware for men) and they came up a treat. Now I have the cans colour coded I spend less time looking for what I want.

Sprayed up my EB Fairmont wheels with the pearl white spray... come up a treat

Great product

Quality product and great sevice

These are really good, came out nice and glossy. Dry pretty fast, but I'm using this for 3D modelling, laser engraving etc and happy with the outcome. Would definitely buy this again.
