How do you mske this tea? Is it instant and come eith cream and sugar already?

You add water to the powder. It already has powdered sweetener and powdered cream in it. This tea is very tasty. Tastes just like the real drink.

I buy the exact same brand and packet amount at Asian grocert stores for under 5.00. Why is this so expensive here?
