Marshall Excelsior(ME952-07 LP OPD Filler Valve Dust Cap and Strap

I constantly have two propane tanks in rotation. On came with an attached cap like this; the other I have been using the "disposable" cap the tank came with and somehow it's still in tact.In a moment of shopping weakness I clicked on this more permanent cap.I was surprised it shipped direct from the seller (not an Amazon warehouse). I must say, compared to my other cap similar to this one, this cap is made of a very supple material that feels like some hybrid rubber plastic. My other one feels just like thin, cheap, hard plastic.Don't let that affect your buying decision. At the end of the day, the cheap plastic type offers the same protection as this one. Durability and retention seem fine. I'll update if anything changes.

Purchased to attached to tanks for refilling. It's good to have a spare in case one is damaged.

This propane hose connector cover fits well and keeps connector protected from debris and thread damage. Good quality.

The ring which must be stretched over the valve broke with little effort.
