I have managed to do an internal cable replacement on one bike in the past without any special tools, but when I saw a tool like this on YouTube, I realised that this would make the next time a lot easier so I bought thisAt around the £10 or so I paid you can't really go wrong.I have not used it yet . careful inspection of the parts shows that they are not top quality but I can't see any obvious defects or overly cheap parts or materialsI have a few jobs coming up where it'll be used and looking forward to it making my life easier

I had to feed hydraulics and di2 wires through internally routed handlebars, well aware it is a horrible job.This did the job perfectly. It was still a bit of a challenge and the magnetic line needed some help on occasion but I did get everything through and into place.It is designed in such a way to keep the hydraulic oil in the hoses when they are being pulled and happily I avoided a bleed when everything was complete.As with other products from this brand, it is significantly cheaper than better know brands and does the job just as well.

I used this tool to replace a hydaulic brake hose and two gear shift cables on my internally-routed road bike. I wasn't able to use the included wire with my gear cables because the adaptor's barrel was too large to fit through the cable apertures of my bike frame. Luckily, I didn't need to as I was able to guide the gear cables, using the included magnet, to the bottom bracket and then through the chain stay to the rear derailleur. For the brake hose, I was able to use one of the adaptors to connect the wire to the old hose and then pull the wire through the frame using the old hose. I then attached the new hose to the wire and guided that back through the frame using the wire.I've never done this job before and don't think it would have been possible without this tool.

This kit made it very easy to route di2 wires including through handlebars, which was a relief. Does the job.

this is a great affordable product, it did kinda work for me but the process of internal cable routing always a fiddle job

After spending several hours trying to route a fear cable internally on my bike, I came across this. Had my cable through in about 5 minutes using this device. Amazing
