Great for non traditional filter sizes
Filter works as intended and seems to be decent quality. I uses this on my window ac that was of a fairly irregular size as there weren't any universal one that would fit for mine.

So far it works for my window ac. Unfortunately it doesn’t work for my son window ac. This is because his filter slides on the side a mine is on the front. I couldn’t slide this filter in his ac.

It worked for me
I needed this for a project and I discovered that it did work very well as a filter. After a month I could see that it was able to capture dirt and dust from airborn elements. It is really easy to cut with scissors as it’s only 1/4 inch thick. The material is rough and flimsy but it does work extremely well as a filter. You will not be disappointed with this!

easy replacement filter cut to fit
Needed a replacement filter for my Friedrich Wall Master AC. Original foam filter was disintegrating and turning to dust. This was perfect because I can cut to fit 2 pieces out of one.
