Easy Plug and Play
This product is great. I had no problems hooking it it up and it works like a charm and also was not that expensive. I just hope one thing when and if a checking light comes on there is no problems with reading OBD port

Good product Great Tech Support!
The remote starter arrived very fast. I had difficulty getting it programmed after the installation but it turned out to be a faulty unit. After emailing the tech support guy it was determined the unit wouldn't program. Simply turning on the key is almost all that is involved in the programing. They sent me a new unit very quickly and it works perfectly. I'm very satisfied.

Great buy!
Had a friend at a local stereo shop install it, the “brain” that came in the box was already flashed, and is a name brand product according to them, just shipped in a non name box.Install was quick, my wife loves it, early Christmas present.

Waste of money
Easy to install, it all plugs in easy. But that’s it!Once I installed it and went through the program process, 2 times, the dash board went nuts. All the dash lights were on and off, door locks going on and and off and it completely drained the battery on a Tahoe in 10 seconds! Took it out and it’s going back!

Easy! Few words of advice
The knee protector (dashboard piece below the steering wheel) - My Tahoe had a bolt under the parking parking break release tab. You can pull away from the seat to unhook the tab to make it easier. Also, two screws on the bottom of the knee protector.Pull towards the seat, not down, on the knee protector. There are clips holding it in place.I didn’t know this and had some damage done.Other then that- pretty easy and
