Had to return unfortunately
I bought the "like new" minecraft xbox for my 11 y/o's bday. We opened it and set it up with her profile. The following day there was no audio/visuals. So we tried turning it off and on, checked cables, used different cables, used different tvs, and nothing worked. Nothing showed up on any screens. So we couldn't factory reset it either. I was disappointed it didn't include the creeper controller but I easily could have misread the sellers info there. In the end we could never get the picture back on the screen. We have 3 other xbox's in the house also, so we have basic knowledge of how to troubleshoot. This xbox just didn't work for us )=

Bought this for my son for Christmas and it doesn't work
The controller didn't work at all and I had to take the Xbox apart to get it to work
