The case is perfect! Tightened down with 6 screws and a lense protector for the camera and a screen cover that sits snug against the screen for perfect touch as if nothing was there. All the buttons are pushed just as easy through the buttons on the case and the camera and sound work perfect! Great purchase 10/10

So many things wrong with this phone case1) it’s on really tight (me not over doing it on the screws) making me think to myself “oh it’s a great case it will protect my phone from fall damage and pressure” but little did I know I was wrong about it, it cracked my screen and I’m ALWAYS careful with my phones, and I’ve never cracked a screen until now2) it suppresses the audio from the bottom part of my phone3) it’s too bulky4) the screen protector that’s attached to the front is badly designed and also suppresses the audio but this time from the front (I ripped the screen protector off so I can actually hear something)5) the button that presses back and forth for the silence mode is too sensitive or the phone with the case is too heavy that whenever I set my phone down screen facing up it sometimes takes my silence mode offOverall i am very upset with this purchase and I hope that everyone sees this comment before buying

Very good case for my phone

I love the case itself but it is difficult to hear while on phone calls. That’s the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. Installation was very easy just 8 screws does the trick. The case gives phone full protection. It fit my iPhone 12 Pro Max perfectly. Appearance is just as pictured.

It is what it says it is and does what it states but does not prevent rain drops from altering your screen activities while riding. What I mean by that is when it is exposed in the rain and you have your gps on, the rain changes the action of the app as if it were your fingers doing the swiping.

Great protection but the box kills your VOLUME!! This case, although water tight and very shock resistant cuts down the volume of your speaker severely to the point that you can barely hear anything on the phone. Went back to my otter box.

Amazingly rugged and waterproof! But I could barely hear the speaker so I had to go to something less waterproof. If they could find a way that I could hear the thing, I’d never use anything else.

Delivered the next day and for around $30…. You can’t go wrong. As I removed my iPhone from the defender case and saw they both the front and back glass are shattered, I am certain that this will be a great replacement and I definitely the one I should have bought first.
