Not for a heavy session but good for a casual workout. Make sure to fill the bottom with a lot of sand or water

It’s a great punching bag just don’t fill with water filled with sand. It is prone to holes.

This product was really useful for training espically for speed and accuracy. You might need to add a lot of water because it would be more stable but otherwise it was very cool and good.

Very cheap inflatable
We bought this the original one came with a hole at the plug they were awesome sent us a new one and the new one popped within a day. It is very thin plastic like a dollar store inflatable
