Can you use this on its own without the other products

I did but in all fairness after a few times using I've gone back to garniers morrocan oil conditioner as it work far better for my hair I'm afraid I wasted my money on this as it left my hair still rough and flyaway compared to others

does it protect hair from heat?

It’s a bond treatment so I can repair damaged bonds in hair from colouring brushing heat styling it’s not a heat protector as in use before heat styling this is a wash out treatment
