GODDESSWomen's Plus Size Keira Underwire Banded Bra

Not For Young Women
I wear a 40k so its haaaaaarrrdd to find bras even at plus size stores. My breast are too big even for them (i have to order from their website & they have a small selection). Until i get insurance that allows for a breast reduction, I have to deal with what I have. This bra isnt necessarily "bad" but it's bad for what I want. First, the cup size is too small. I got measured twice within the last months from different stores so I know my size. But the worst is the silhouette it gives. It doesnt spread me out too wide but the side view is pointy like old fashioned grandma bras from the 1950s. Im in my 20s so thats an automatic NOPE. And it gives me a look as if im spilling out even though Im not. Just looks horrible under my shirt. Recieved it and tried it on this morning and now already prepared for it to be returned during my lunch hour.I had high hopes for this bra but i guess Ill have to stick to balconette and plunges if I want the non pointy & non spread out look.

The Perfect Underwire DAILY Bra
The 40J Keira Underwire banded bra is a God-send! These are my new "daily underwire" bras. They fit my "omega boobs" perfectly, getting all the breast tissue into the cup where it belongs. The center gore is just the right height for me (I have a short torso). Also, the "belly cutout" is fantastic for me (corticosteroids redistribute fat, putting it around the gut, for instance; horrible to have this), and even allows for me to sit comfortably. My breasts are held securely, allowing me to be active without fear the my boobs are going to fall out (yes, I've had that happen w/ other bras--to note, it's when I wore the incorrect size). The straps are comfortable, just enough "give" to not dig into my shoulders, and enough "flex" to keep "the girls" where they should be.The one and only CON: no "padding," which means nipples can be seen in every top! This might present an embarrassment problem for some people. I've gotten over it, because of finally having a bra that comfortably fits!I like to purchase these (I have them in various colors) when they are $38 and below. If I'm going to spend more than that, then it's going towards an Elomi bra (which I use more for my "special occasion bras").~ Initially, there is some "creaking" noises, but that fades after the bra has been worn and washed a few times.** IMPORTANT: Wash these bras in a mesh bag, with NOTHING ELSE in the washer, and and the gentlest cycle avail (after unfortunate incidents w/ Goddess & Elomi bras, I only use "handwash setting" and do only my bras by themselves; this is a new occurrence, probably due to the much larger size of bra than what I was previously wearing).~ This is most definitely a "full coverage" bra, but the sheer part at the top is flexible and can be a nice "peek-a-boo" in "boob shirts."~ If this is your first time wearing a "correctly sized bra" (I had been shoving my "girls" into DDs, because that's all I could find!), be prepared to have some tops not fit any longer! This is a very supportive bra, holding the girls up where they should be, with a nice "rounded" appearance. This perfect fit (for me) eliminated some of my lovely, but now "too small" tops.~I have been wearing the Goddess bras for nearly six months now, as my "daily bra." They are perfect for this purpose: comfortable, full coverage, keeps breast tissue from "migrating to the arm pit"; so long as they are laundered correctly (hand wash setting, air dry), they hold up quite well.~ I recommend getting this bra. Just make sure to do a proper fitting yourself or w/ a friend's help! Do not go by what the store people tell you; do not wear a bra during measurements; take three measurements-- 1) standing, under breasts (this gives the band size--round DOWN, because the band is what gives the support!); 2) standing, around the fullest part of breast (even if the nipples fall below that) [cup size]; 3) THIS IS IMPORTANT, especially if you have pendulous breasts! Bend at the waist, so your torso is parallel to the floor, now measure all the way around to the lowest part of your breast-- combine this measurement w/ measurement #2 to get a BETTER "cup size." This measurement is the one that made all the difference in the world for me. Yes, there's still a formula (there was an excellent "reddit article" I read). I also recommend educating yourself w/ the "herroom" pages of information.I love this Keira Banded Underwire Bra (I wear a 40J), and I have it in the pink (x3 bras), black (x3 bras, ruined 2), teal (x1 bra), and forest green (x1 bra). All of them have a CONSISTENT fit!! I will order more as I can afford, so that I will always have what fits me, and I recommend trying this bra. If it doesn't work for you upon "try on," then send it back ASAP-- but first take notes about what didn't "work" for you.

Great Colors but watch your sizing.
Based on Reviews I ordered a 46 G, since I seen several reviews stating to order a band size bigger and 2 cups sizes bigger if you are not used to Goddess sizing. I had to reorder a 46 DD and the fit is near perfect, cup is just a tad big like maybe a 1/4 cup size and the band may be a bit big also or I just prefer a tighter fit for my bands. I recently reordered in a 44 DD and found the band size to be better for me but the cups is just a tad small I just reordered a 44 DDD and will update the fit when I receive it. The Flower Bali in a 44 DD the cup is the same tad big. What I mean is that there is a very small gap near the tip and upper part of the cup. I normally wear a 44DD in the Flower Bali Bra. In the Bali they are normally one band size bigger. I measure out to be a 46 D: measuring at the bottom of the bra where the band would be and the fullest part of the breast if you go down a size a then I wear 44 DD, which is what I find my best fit in the Flower Bali Bra. I also seen a couple reviews that this bra has a bit of a pointy look, I do not agree with the pointy look although this bra does an excellent job of lifting and separating I found that it does give more of a projected rounded look and no Uniboob look.See photos. The Red is the Goddess you can see compared to the Flower Bali the shaping is more rounded than in the Bali. I ordered this bra as an alternative to my favorite Flower Bali that only comes in White and Nude in my size. Even some of us plus size people like to have more fashionable colors to wear. So in short the band size is true to size and the cup size is one cup size too small. It has stretch straps where I prefer non-stretch straps for better support and the adjustment is in the back so not as easy to do a quick adjustment if needed. The cups are lined but not padded and do not stretch; perfect for giving excellent support. I hope having what bra I am currently wearing and how that fit to previous bras I wore will give a reference point to how to judge what size you need to order. I am looking forward to getting a couple more colors when they go on sale.Although I do prefer a bit of the pointy/perky look that my Flower Bali gives this is a great Bra that will give you a rounded but youthful separation and lift. This is the best bra that I found for the underwires laying flat on the chest between the breasts. The straps could be a bit longer since I find the back band creeps up my back throughout the day, probably a product of the stretch straps. Although the material is not too heavy like the Hannah or Yvette styles, it is still not breathable so I sweat in it on worm and hot days.

Full coverage and comfort
I am amaze that i was able to find a bra online. I am a big lady with a big bust and bra shopping can be very expensive and tiresome. This is full coverage so no uncomfortable bumps or readjusting needed. Lovely support and is prettier than in the pics. If you have challenges finding a bra please try this one. I have already ordered other model from tge same brand.

Fabulous Garment!
This bra fits very comfortably and looks to be well made. It arrived in good time and condition. It was such a relief not to have to wrestle into as it is comfortably snug without being too tight. Very appreciative of this and will definitely be buying another few.

Just brilliant
These bra's are absolutely amazing. I ordered a second one within a few days of wearing the first. They're so comfortable that I've got into bed not realising im wearing it, where as the bras i was wearing before were off the minute i walked through the front door due to discomfort. I can't recommend these bra's enough. I wear a 34j so finding comfortable well fitted bra's is important to me and I've finally found it in these.

My favourite bras
Although not cheap, these are great bras. They fit really well, they are comfortable and wash well, and they have a simple design that is not too fussy or too old fashioned. Great for everyday wear. I would definitely recommend this, Goddess is my favourite brand of bras at the moment and this is my favourite design.
